History of the company
The ALUKOL Fémszerkezetgyártó Magyar-Német Kft. was founded in 1990 by Hungarian private individuals and the German Versbach Metallbau GmbH. The company has provided the opportunity for employees to experience German standards by working at the founding partner company in Germany for more than 10 years. These colleagues have mastered the profession at the highest level and have brought an excellent work experience with them.
Since 1997 and after reorganizing the company structure, ALUKOL Homlokzattechnika Kft. has started to carry on with the facade-construction operations. The firm has taken over the employees of the original company, and also its main field of activity and market.
ALUKOL, after a profile cleaning in 2005 had operated as a 30-employee engineering-office. After the most recent organizational optimization in 2014, only the best, most experienced and motivated employees were kept, forming the most efficient team to serve our customers and to meet the challenges of the high-tech requirements.
To keep and even to raise the motivation of the team, the leaders became enterpreneurs themselves as they acquired ownership in the company and are owning 46% since 2018.
Production
Approximately 25000 façade-, door- and window-units are produced annually by ALUKOL. This quantity means approx. 40000 m2 of facade surface, for which more than 400 tons of aluminum profiles and sheets are used.
The manufacturing activities are done primarily by ALUKOL’s subsidiary, ALUPRO Kft. that is located right next door. This ensures that even the most complex façades are manufactured and built with the already established "ALUKOL quality". The colleagues working in the workshop have been a stable member of the company for long years, so they have adequate knowledge and experience to guarantee the high quality of their work.
Another subsidiary of our company is LEMAL Kft. Its main activity is the complete manufacturing process of aluminum and stainless steel sheets and the welding of them. The company is employing exclusively professionals with extensive experience and the necessary qualification. Their workshop has the most modern, computer-controlled machines (cutting, punching, laser cutting, bending) that also guarantee the highest quality.
